We understand every resident has their own unique personality with likes and dislikes. That is why we practice individualized person-centered care. Each resident is treated as an individual. Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care at Tockwotton on the Waterfront consists of two households of 17-18 residents featuring all private rooms with full baths. Each household will have its own fully functioning residential kitchen, cozy living and dining rooms, terrace, laundry room and its own consistent staff.
