January 17, 2012 – Tockwotton Home of Providence, R.I., received the Excellence in Action award for employee satisfaction from My InnerView. The award is presented annually to leaders in the senior care profession who score in the top 10% of their peer group with a response rate of 30% or more; it is based on the results of a survey given to employees about job satisfaction.
