Tockwotton on the Waterfront utilizes a quality improvement software named Abaqis. This software helps the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement team (QAPI) to ensure Tockwotton is offering quality care to our residents. This year with the use of Abaqis, Tockwotton has achieved the Basic Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement distinction for 2021. This distinction is granted to communities who meet four standards of QAPI excellence, comprehensive, continuous, coverage and corrective. Meeting these four QAPI standards sustainably contributes to improved performance and resident satisfaction which we strive for each and every day.
